How do you ship your packages?
Packages are securely and safely wrapped. No outside markings to show contents.
Do you require a signature on your package?
Most shipments do not require a signature.
Where do you ship from?
Shipments are sent from Spicewood TX just west of Austin. This image shows normal transit times with USPS 2-3 day priority. We ship UPS upon request.
How much does shipping cost?
All Continental United States orders will ship free and tax free.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit cards and bitcoin.
Do you except returns?
Returns accepted up to 14 days after you receive it, if the item is unused.
We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances.
What if my order breaks during shipping?
Please contact us with a picture and we will issue a refund or reship.
What if I choose to cancel my order?
If it hasn’t shipped we will cancel it immediately. Email right away to let us know. If it has shipped refuse the package if possible . We can send you a return shipping label but there will be a restocking fee.
When will you restock an item?
We always try to stay in stock on our products. However manufacturers production is out of our control. It could be a few days to a couple weeks based on the manufacturer.
How do I apply the coupon code?
Enter code at checkout.
How do I know you have received my order?
We will send an email with tracking information.
What will show up on my credit card statement?
We have discreet billing so Elite Impressions will be seen in your credit card statement.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship only to United States and Canada at the moment. Canada will have a flat rate shipping fee of $20.
